Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle the full set of export documentation, including PI, packing list, invoice, B/L, CO, etc.

2. Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and inspection agencies.

3. Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery and documentation flow.

4. Coordinate with internal sales team and overseas clients to confirm order details and delivery terms.

5. Manage customs declaration, inspection booking, and logistics arrangements.

6. Ensure compliance with relevant international trade regulations and client requirements.

7. Assist with after-sales service related to delivery, documentation, or logistics issues.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachel’s degree above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, English, related fields.

2. At least 1–2 years of experience in feign trade operations shipping documentation is preferred.

3. Good comm of written spoken English; able to communicate with overseas clients partners.

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Wd, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with expt-related platfms tools.

5. Strong attention to detail, good time management, ability to hle multiple ders simultaneously.

6. Good communication codination skills, with a proactive responsible wking attitude.

7. Preferred Qualifications (a plus but not required):

8. Experience in dealing with Southeast Asian European markets.

9. Familiar with Incoterms, L/C procedures, international shipping practices.

10. Knowledge of customs declaration processes (especially if based in China).

Familiarity with ERP feign trade management software.
